Kitchen
Dark-stained oak cabinetry with polished nickel hardware and a quartz-topped island with seating for three. The bay window behind the sink frames the water — you're looking at the ocean while doing dishes. Professional range, integrated hood, and wide-plank hardwood floors throughout.

Kitchen — Full View
The full kitchen from the opposite angle. Floor-to-ceiling cabinetry with a panel-ready fridge, the island centered in the room, and the bay window wrapping the corner with a panoramic water view. The layout puts everything within reach while keeping the space open to the living area.

Open Plan
The open plan from the entry looking through to the living room. Cedar plank ceiling transitions from the kitchen zone into the living area, with wide-plank hardwood floors running the full length. The ceiling defines the living room without walls — it's a material change, not a structural one.

Living Room
The living room under the cedar plank vaulted ceiling with the water visible on three sides. A large sectional, boucle accent chairs, and a solid wood coffee table keep the furnishings grounded. The fireplace and TV wall are clean and minimal — the view does the work.

Dining Room
A formal dining room with a solid oak table, linen slipcovered chairs, and a woven wire pendant chandelier. The tray ceiling adds height, and the window frames a direct water view. Abstract art and a dark sideboard give the room weight without competing with what's outside.

Master Bath
The master bath with a floating walnut double vanity, quartz countertop, and a walk-in shower visible behind frameless glass. The shower window looks out over the waterfront — the homeowner wanted to keep the view in every room, bathrooms included. Pebble mosaic shower floor with large-format wall tile.

Master Shower
Dual rain heads flanking a frosted privacy window, with hand showers and a floating corner shelf on each side. Large-format grey tile on the walls, pebble mosaic on the floor. The symmetry is intentional — this is a two-person shower built for daily use, not just show.

Guest Bath
The guest bath with a thick marble slab vanity and backsplash, a walnut storage tower, and sculptural stone sconces flanking a rounded mirror. The shower is visible through frameless glass with matching grey tile. Understated, but the material quality is obvious up close.

Bonus Room
An upper-level bonus room with a vaulted white ceiling, arched window, and a dark marble waterfall bar as the centerpiece. Mixed seating — a modern chaise, velvet sofa, and floor lamp — keeps it casual. This room is flex space done right: finished to the same standard as the rest of the house.
